Aenesidemus, tyrant of Leontini
Aenesidemus (Aenesidemos or Enesidemus), the son of Pataecus of Gela in Sicily, was made tyrant of Leontini in 498 BCE by Hippocrates of Gela after aiding the latter in his effort to conquer southeastern Sicily.
