Leland G. Mims
Leland Garland Mims (February 7, 1901–September 4, 1979) was a Minden, Louisiana, businessman and civic leader who served as a member of the Webster Parish Police Jury (equivalent to county commission in other states) from 1953–1976 and as president of the body from 1956-1973.
