Aug 14, 2024Content conflicts need to be solved it a file-type-specific way. That is why it keeps both files in case of a conflict for you to handle manually. If you don't care about data loss, you can change a setting which causes Syncthing to always only keep the newest file in case of conflict. But you must be aware of the real risk of data loss.

The sync-conflict files with the Server A device ID show up in both the folders and the .stversions directory of both Server B and O. I also sync a couple of the same folder pairs to my Windows 10 workstation [v1.22.1-rc.2, Windows (64-bit Intel/AMD)], and I regularly find sync-conflict files there with the device ID of Server A.

  6. UPDATE: Ugh, this is getting worse. There is no RC in any of my servers, and I am working on a file on a server that runs v1.22.. Everytime the file is saved, a new sync conflict is created (with the ID of the server that I am working out of). Help! My filesystem is getting flooded and I don't know anymore which is the latest version of anything.
  7. Hello guys! Just purchased the game and ran for the first time. Upon which I too get the Cloud Sync Conflict. Like some others have mentioned I don't have any local saves as this is the first run. So it seams the issue isn't with a timestamp conflict between local and cloud saves. As I neither got to save on the Cloud nor locally.
