    Hieracium lanatum aka Silver Hawkweed is natvie to Southern Europe, is hardy in 3a to 8b, grows to 8,6,3,4, This is our favorite member of the hawkweed family, many of which are downright weeds...not so with H. lanatum. The dazzling silvery spoon shaped leaves make a nice rosette to 15"...perfect in the sunny well drained rock garden setting.
