I have adhd and can confirm it makes reading more difficult. practice helps, and trying not to get too stuck on something. sometimes it helps me if I just read through a passage quickly and move on instead of reading it over and over trying to "get" it; my brain will organize the information when I just read on instead of getting fixated on a certain passage.
