About Us
IMARS promote the research on Maillard Reaction and protein glycation. The Society is formed by food scientists dealing with issues related to food browning, nutritionists interested in the physiological role of advanced glycation products and medical doctors performing basic research in the field of diabetes and its complications.
Bylaws
The official journal of The Society shall be "IMARS Highlights." Changes in the name, structure, content or frequency of IMARS publications or its Publisher have to be approved by the majority of the Council.

Committees
The Journal Committee determines the editorial policy for all publications of The Society. Membership of the Publication Committee consists of the Editor (s)-in-Chief, Associate Editors, and other Council members and members-at-large appointed by the President.
