Search for an address Step 1: Go to PG&E Outage Center to search for an address. Step 2: If an outage is affecting the address, you will see the option to "Get outage updates." Click this link. Step 3: Enter the phone or email where you would like to get alerts. Step 4: Submit your contact information. Use outage icons on the map Step 1: Go to PG&E Outage Center select "View outage map".
Report Electric Issue
Mylar balloons, also called foil balloons, are made from plastic nylon sheets with a metallic coating. They cause thousands of power outages every year when they come into contact with powerlines or circuit breakers. Report issues with the PG&E Report It mobile app. Do not use Mylar balloons, kites and remote-control toys near overhead powerlines.
