1. I have seen approxinately 2,397 car wash places pop up in Wichita over the past few years. Finally tried one today (Zips) in my 2021 Chevy Colorado. It wasn't a good wash, nor was it a good rinse. I still need to manually wash amd rinse my truck to get the dirt and soap off. Any one with a good experience with any of these places?
  2. No foam cannon, but Cyclone Car Wash has card readers on some if their bays. But I really prefer them for their covered parking spaces with the vaccumes. The shade in the summer is worth driving out of my way when it's 90° outside. Also they have a towel wringer with a sink that actually works.

Zips always seems to miss getting the wheels completely, vacuums dont always seem to be on. Nearly $20 on a so/so wash this morning. Related Topics ...
  4. Joe's car wash on Seneca. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, carwashes are 50% off. Touchless wash, staff vacuums and wipes down your car, and you get a free vent clip air freshener. Can't really say I've ever had a bad experience at that location. I always get the VIP package, comes out to around $17 on half price days.
  5. Daughter was out for a visit, took her car thru the new Club Carwash and was stuck in line very close behind a pickup. Come home to find some severe chipped marks on the paint from what look like metal shavings stuck in the fabric strips in the car wash. I get it, this can happen at any automated car wash that touches the vehicle.
