I don't have access to the email used when I originally purchased, so how do I access my subscription?
As part of our privacy policy, we do not store any email addresses or other identifying information on our servers. Because of this, we cannot change the subscription email if it’s entered incorrectly.
If you can’t access the email you used when you subscribed, you will still be able to use the features of the DuckDuckGo Subscription on your initial device. However, you won’t be able to activate your subscription on an additional device.
If you originally purchased the subscription through the app, you should be able to manage or cancel it directly from the device. If you purchased via the website with a typo in your email, please let us know what the incorrect email is, and we may be able to cancel the payment so you can re-purchase with the correct email.
